“In preparing these financial statements, the directors have assessed the ability of the company to continue to operate for a period of at least twelve months from the date of signing the financial statements. The directors have prepared a detailed cash flow forecast for the going concern period including sensitivity analysis. Based on this analysis, and the ongoing support of its parent company, the directors therefore believe that it remains appropriate to prepare the financial statements on a going concern basis.”
