Going concern
Affirmed

“In preparing the financial statements the directors are required to assess the Company's ability to continue to trade as a going concern for the foreseeable future. In undertaking this assessment, the directors have given due consideration to the Company's current trading, together with the forward-looking projections. The Company does not have any significant cash outflows and the supply of inventory is undertaken by its fellow Group Company, Boux Avenue Limited, who offset the amounts due from the income received from the corresponding sales to franchisees. The liabilities and commitments comprise of a liability due to Boux Avenue Limited of £1.16m and a related party loan from Theo Paphitis Funding Limited of £350k. The directors have received a confirmation in writing from Boux Avenue Limited and Theo Paphitis Funding Limited confirming they will not seek repayment of these balances for at least twelve months from the date of signing these financial statements. The directors have a reasonable expectation that the related party loans will not be recalled. As such, they continue to adopt the going concern basis of accounting in preparing the financial statements.”

Year-on-year

FY2024 → FY2025 · period ending 2025-03-29 vs 2024-03-30

Each % is (latest − prior) ÷ |prior| for the line item as filed. The comparison is only shown when the latest and prior accounts cover broadly equal-length periods — short or long stubs (typical around incorporation or a year-end change) are suppressed rather than misrepresented. Lines a company doesn't report are omitted. About these numbers
