Going concern
Affirmed

“The financial statements have been prepared on the going concern basis as the directors have prepared detailed budgets for a period of at least 12 months from the date of signing the accounts which show that the company is expected to be able to meet all its liabilities as they fall due. In addition the group has access to a revolving credit facility of £15m which has an expiry date of 1 October 2026. The directors are confident of being able to trade for a period of at least 12 months from the approval of the financial statements and the directors have therefore concluded that it is appropriate for the financial statements to be prepared on the going concern basis.”

Year-on-year

FY2023 → FY2024 · period ending 2024-09-30 vs 2023-09-30

Each % is (latest − prior) ÷ |prior| for the line item as filed. The comparison is only shown when the latest and prior accounts cover broadly equal-length periods — short or long stubs (typical around incorporation or a year-end change) are suppressed rather than misrepresented. Lines a company doesn't report are omitted. About these numbers
