“These financial statements have been prepared on a going concern basis. The directors have reviewed the company's going concern position taking account of its current business activities, budgeted performance and the factors likely to affect its future development. The company has received a formal representation from fellow group company Itochu Treasury Centre Europe PLC that the loan shall be refinanced to the extent that it is necessary to ensure the company's continued operation. As a result the directors have concluded that the company shall continue to be a going concern.”
