“After making appropriate enquiries, the Board of Trustees has a reasonable expectation that the Trust has adequate resources to continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future. Strategic decisions taken now are evaluated for impact on future success including cost implications and the potential drain on reserves. All plans are considered for future sustainability both at school and Trust level. For this reason the Trust continues to adopt the going concern basis in preparing the financial statements.”

- “In February 2024, as part of the school's regular health and safety checks, a crack was observed in plasterboard casing in the hall. A structural engineer inspected the roof structure and for Health and Safety reasons it was decided the school should close as there was a catastrophic failure of the main roof beam meaning potential imminent collapse.”
- “On 18 September 2025 Colney Heath Mixed Infant and Nursery School were granted an academy order enabling them to join the Trust. Subject to due diligence, this is likely to happen in 2025-26.”
