  In making this assessment, the Trustees also considered the Academy's financial position, including ongoing cashflow pressures experienced during the year and following the year end. The Academy has faced increasing difficulty in meeting its short term obligations as they fell due, and these cashflow constraints further contributed to the conclusion that the Academy would be unable to continue operating on a going concern basis for the long term as an individual entity. The Trust is currently in the process of joining a Multi Academy Trust and the anticipated date of Timberley Academy ceasing operations and joining the Multi Academy Trust is within a period of 12 months. Therefore, the Trustees have concluded that the Academy is no longer a going concern.
