“The Directors consider it appropriate to continue adopting the going concern basis in preparing these financial statements as the Company is a non-trading intermediate holding company, with any activity financed with intercompany balances. The Company is principally involved in flowing through back to back intercompany loans, receiving interest from its parent company and paying interest to fellow group undertakings that offset such that profit before tax for the financial year ended 31 December 2024 was nil. On this basis the Directors are satisfied that the Company has sufficient financial resources so as to enable the Company to continue to operate for at least twelve months following the signing date of these accounts and consider it appropriate to adopt the going concern basis in preparing these financial statements.”

- “The war in Ukraine, inflation and the cost-of-living crisis have had a severe impact on the UK economy. The Company undertakes a limited number of transactions and has minimal external creditors. The related party company Calor Gas Ltd is expected to be able to meet its obligations to the Company as they fall due. Accordingly, the above factors in 2024 have had no material impact on the Company and the Directors expect this to remain the case.”
