• “During the year, conversations have been ongoing to merge the St Hybalds Academy Trust with a larger Trust. The vision of the government is that all small multi academy trusts would work better in larger multi academy trusts. Consequently, the Directors have been exploring a suitable trust which would support and match the vision of the St Hybald's Academy Trust. After exploring a number of Academy Trusts, the Directors determined that the most suitable Trust would be the Rose learning Trust. This merger has been ratified by the DfE and will take affect from the 1st June 2025.”
