“In forming a view on going concern, the Governors have considered the Academy Trust's cash flow forecasts, reserves position, sensitivity analysis, and the range of actions available to manage expenditure should financial pressures increase. Based on current forecasts, the Governors acknowledge there are significant challenges in the years ahead, but there are positive developments with increased sixth form student numbers, therefore the Governors have a reasonable expectation that the Academy Trust has adequate resources to continue operating for at least 24 months from the date of approval of these financial statements. Accordingly, the financial statements continue to be prepared on a going concern basis.”
