This will cast significant doubt on the company's ability to continue as a going concern for a period of at least twelve months from the date the financial statements are authorised as the objective is to dissolve the company as soon as all the filing requirements have been met for the these financial statements. Our opinion is not modified in respect of this matter as the accounts have been prepared on a going concern basis to reflect the transfer values correctly.
