“The financial statements have been prepared on the going concern basis. Although the company is in a net liability position of £112,096 (2024: £260,565), this is due to a third-party loan and accrued interest owed to Octopus Apollo VCT plc, which, as agreed with Octopus Apollo VCT plc, will not be repaid for 12 months from the date of signing the accounts. On this basis, the directors believe that it is appropriate to prepare the financial statements on a going concern basis.”
