This flattened out in 2024, with Average Daily Rates ("ADRs") coming under pressure across the market, as a result of the broader economic climate, with the continued cost of living crisis impacting leisure demand and corporate cost management limiting growth in business travel. Combined with the continuing pressure on labour and other input costs, this created a challenging trading environment in the year.”
