- Going concern
- Affirmed
“After making appropriate enquiries and after reviewing the three-year revised reserves projections, the board of trustees has a reasonable expectation that the academy trust has adequate resources to continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future. For this reason, it continues to adopt the going concern basis of accounting in preparing the financial statements.”
Significant events
- “During 2024/25 we ran 63 'paid' CPD events that were attended by 1,204 people, generating a gross income of £51,569 and a net income of £19,454.”
- “Recruitment, Retention and Representation (RRR) was a new strand for 2024/25, consolidating some existing activities such as providing a job board and organising recruitment fairs, whilst augmenting it with the introduction of new projects such as establishing a non-profit supply agency, launching a Racial Equity Network and running an online Recruitment, Retention and Representation conference.”
- “Participation has risen to just over 20,000 responses this year from RLT schools, over 24,000 including other schools who have bought into the survey. For the first year, we achieved >90% participation rates for staff.”
- “During October 2024, Cheney School won the Sustainable Secondary School of the Year, and Middle Barton Primary school won the Sustainable Primary School of the Year at The Oxford Climate Awards. One of our students also won the 'Youth Climate Action Champion' award.”
- “In the summer of 2025, our Middle Barton Primary School once again won the Sustainable Primary School of the Year for the second year running at The Oxford Climate Awards”

Each % is (latest − prior) ÷ |prior| for the line item as filed. The comparison is only shown when the latest and prior accounts cover broadly equal-length periods — short or long stubs (typical around incorporation or a year-end change) are suppressed rather than misrepresented. Lines a company doesn't report are omitted. About these numbers
