“The Company is in a net current liability position and there is a risk that it may not be able able to settle its liabilities as and when they fall due. The Company is a member of the UK cash pooling group of SYNLAB companies and receives support as and when needed. In addition, the Company is part of the wider SYNLAB Group and benefits from banking and treasury facilities with its parent companies. The directors have obtained a letter of support from Ephios Subco 3 Sàrl, the Company's controlling party, confirming financial support for at least the next 12 months from the date of approval of the Statement of Financial Position.”
