- Going concern
- Affirmed
“The director. believes that preparing the financial statements on the going concern basis is appropriate due to the continued support of the Company's parent company, Great Canadian Railtour Company Ltd. The director has received a letter of financial support from the parent company confirming that it intends to support the Company for a period of at least one year after the date of approval of these financial statements. In order to support the belief of going concern, the director has also prepared cash flow forecasts and budget for 12 months period from the date of signing of these financial statements. These show the Company has sufficient cash reserves along with unused credit facility available to manage its working capital requirement and operate as a going concern.”
