  Material uncertainty over going concern

  The Academy is expected to join an already existing multi-Academy Trust. Discussions are underway with the DfE over the transfer of CCT Learning into the existing multi-Academy Trust. At the time of approving the financial statements no formal decision has been made by the Department for Education. Thus the trustees continue to adopt the going concern basis of accounting in preparing the financial statements for the year ended 31 August 2025. Upon transfer of CCT Learning into the existing multi-Academy Trust, CCT Learning will cease to formally exist and would be formally wound down.
