“The financial statements have been prepared on a going concern basis. The directors are required to consider the application of the going concern assumption and whether material uncertainties exist when approving the financial statements. The directors are of the view that the Group is reliant on the support of its intermediate parent company, Akelius Residential Property AB, which has provided finance to the Group when required to assist in the purchase of investment properties and to provide working capital. The intermediate parent company has confirmed its continuing support to the Group and Company over the going concern period. The directors are therefore confident that the Group will have adequate resources to continue in existence for the foreseeable future and accordingly the financial statements have been prepared on a going-concern basis.”
