The Academy Trust transferred the operations, assets and liabilities of the academy to River Learning Trust on 1 March 2025 following Department for Education approval. For that reason, the Trustees have concluded that the Academy Trust as an entity is not a going concern. Gillotts School was transferred out of the Trust on 1 March 2025 to River Learning Trust. The trustees have therefore concluded that the financial statements should be prepared on a basis other than, going concern, as they are working to liquidate the company in due course.
