Material uncertainty over going concern
At the reporting date, the Trust has free reserves of £69,671, or 1.0% of recurring annual income. This is below the DfE's recommended level of between 5-20% of recurring annual income. This is due to high levels of staff absence resulting in high level of agency supply costs, overspending on pupil premium and higher than expected repair costs for both the swimming pool facility and school boilers. These additional costs, coupled with an unexpected £75k invoice in the previous financial year, have resulting in our reserves falling to this level. These conditions indicate the existence of a material uncertainty that may cast significant doubt on the Academy Trust's ability to continue as a going concern.

Each % is (latest − prior) ÷ |prior| for the line item as filed. The comparison is only shown when the latest and prior accounts cover broadly equal-length periods — short or long stubs (typical around incorporation or a year-end change) are suppressed rather than misrepresented. Lines a company doesn't report are omitted. About these numbers
