The directors are satisfied that the Company is a going concern and further disclosure is included in the financial statements of Simplify Moving Limited regarding this matter. The directors have received confirmation that the balances owed to Group companies will not be called unless the Company has the funds available to settle them. The Company therefore continues to adopt the going concern basis in preparing its financial statements.”
