Trustees identified that growth presented the opportunity to better serve their children, staff, stakeholders and all communities through closer collaboration, cross-phase dialogue and improved resourcing and training opportunities for staff. The Trust undertook a rigorous process of identifying potential partners and concluded in Autumn 2024, with plans to merge with Inicio Educational Trust (IET), consequently undertaken on 1st April 2025.”
