“The directors of the company have prepared the financial statements on a going concern basis, and in forming their opinion that the company is a going concern rely on the Funding Agreement and ongoing financial support of KPN NV to meets its obligations as when they fall due. A letter of support has been received from the parent KPN NV and this confirms that KPN NV will support the company to meet all liabilities for a period to 31 December 2026, which is consistent with the company's going concern assessment period. The directors have assessed the ability of KPN NV to provide this support and have no concerns.”
