“After making appropriate enquiries, the Board of Trustees has a reasonable expectation that the Trust and its academies have adequate resources to continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future. The Trustees are able to determine this assessment based on the review and evidence of long-term pupil numbers, financial budgeting, cash-flow modelling, condition assessments and liabilities associated with the capital estates and assessment of the Trust's Strategic Risk Register. For this reason, it continues to adopt the going concern basis in preparing the financial statements.”
