“After assessing the forecasts and liquidity of the business for the next financial year, and considering the trading period beyond, the directors have a reasonable expectation that the Group has adequate resources to continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future. The Group's Series B fundraising closed in April 2025 with additional equity investment of £15m secured between March 2025 and April 2025 (see notes 11 and 15). The directors are satisfied that the Group is adequately placed to manage its business risks successfully and have concluded that it is appropriate to prepare the financial statements on a going concern basis.”
