“Although the company's Statement of Financial Position reports a net liabilities position meaning it is therefore insolvent, the financial statements continue to be prepared on a going concern basis. The directors believe the going concern basis to still be appropriate. This is based upon the continued financial support from the wider group, whose directors have confirmed that they will enable the entity to meet its financial commitments and will not recall any intercompany positions for a period of at least 12 months from the signing of these financial statements if that would mean that the company would not have sufficient cash to operate.”
