“The school continues to work closely with the ESFA/DfE and the Board of Trustees have a reasonable expectation that with this continued support; the UTC will have adequate resources to continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future.After making appropriate enquiries, the Board of Trustees confirm that the current cashflow forecast indicates we have enough funds for the current academic year and with the continued support from the ESFA/DfE, this gives us reason to continue to adopt the going concern basis in preparing our financial statements.”
