“The company ceased operations during the academic year 2024/25 by transferring all of its operations, activities, assets, and liabilities to the Wandle Learning Trust on 1 August 2025. This will cast significant doubt on the company's ability to continue as a going concern for a period of at least twelve months from the date the financial statements are authorised as the objective is to dissolve the company as soon as all the filing requirements have been met for the these financial statements.”
