Going concern
Affirmed

“The financial statements have been prepared on a going concern basis which assumes that the Company will continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future and meet its liabilities as they fall due. As of 31 December 2023, the Company had net assets of €76.5m (2022: €83.7m) and net current assets of €30.5m (2022: €30.0m). In addition, the Company has access to finance from the Westinghouse Air Brake Technologies Corporation ("Wabtec Corporation") group as required to meet working capital requirements. As the Company is part of Wabtec Corporation's group financing arrangements a letter of support has been provided to the Company by Wabtec Corporation to support its going concern conclusion. In considering their ability to rely on the letter of support, the directors considered the Wabtec Corporation's group cash position of $715m and undrawn revolving credit facilities of $1,500m as at 31 December 2024. The Wabtec Corporation is US SEC listed, has considerable financial resources and continues to trade profitably. Accordingly, the Directors have a reasonable expectation that the Company has adequate resources to continue in operational existence for the period to 30 June 2026. The company therefore continues to adopt a going concern basis in preparing it's financial statements.”

Year-on-year

FY2022 → FY2023 · period ending 2023-12-31 vs 2022-12-31

Each % is (latest − prior) ÷ |prior| for the line item as filed. The comparison is only shown when the latest and prior accounts cover broadly equal-length periods — short or long stubs (typical around incorporation or a year-end change) are suppressed rather than misrepresented. Lines a company doesn't report are omitted. About these numbers
