“After consideration of the Trust's financial position, its financial plans, (including projected student numbers), the demand for places and the broader environment, the Board of Directors have a reasonable expectation that the Trust has and will continue to have adequate resources to enable it to be a sustainable going concern in 2025/26 and for the foreseeable future. For this reason, the Trust continues to adopt the Going Concern principle in preparing its financial statements.”

Significant events
- “The Charitable Company was incorporated on 28 October 2011.”
- “During the academic year 2024-25 there were no progress scores at KS2 as no KS1 benchmarks were available for this Year 6 cohort due to previous Covid restrictions. However, primary results in 2025-26 will include progress scores, which will give a truer picture of the performance of our schools, than that based on attainment only.”
- “Ofsted has radically changed its inspection framework, which will be implemented from November 2025.”
- “Whilst there continue to be long term effects of COVID on the pupils of the Trust, there has not been any significant impact on finances.”
- “There were no additions to the number of schools in the trust last year, and there are no conversions in process. There are however a number of changes to our current schools which represent internal growth. Since the year end Moseley Park, Westcroft School and Wolverhampton Vocational Training Centre have all successfully made significant changes to increase their PAN and Place numbers.”
- “50% of our schools are 'high needs' settings and, given the vulnerabilities of such schools, directors agreed that no more SEND settings will join CLPT for the time being. We have no intentions of making any further additions to our Worcestershire Hub.”

Each % is (latest − prior) ÷ |prior| for the line item as filed. The comparison is only shown when the latest and prior accounts cover broadly equal-length periods — short or long stubs (typical around incorporation or a year-end change) are suppressed rather than misrepresented. Lines a company doesn't report are omitted. About these numbers
