“Notwithstanding the net current liabilities position and after making enquiries, the Directors have formed the view, at the time of approving the financial statements, that The Company has adequate resources to continue in operational existence for a period of at least twelve months. The Directors gain comfort from the protections inherent in Public Private Partnership (PPP) contract for Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV) such as a Guaranteed Minimum Tonnage and a flow down of responsibility to the Operator which have been reflected in the long term future outlay modelling of cashflows submitted to the Board and lenders.”
