“The governors believe the academy is a going concern. This belief is based on the academy's three-year budget to August 2028 as submitted to the DfE. This budget shows that in each of the years the academy expects income to be greater than expenditure and therefore that in year surpluses will be delivered. The Governors continue to be mindful that the Academy has low reserves and, at times, challenging cash balances. Taking all these factors together the Governors conclude their view that the Academy is a going concern.”
