Based on the work we have performed, we have not identified any material uncertainties relating to events or conditions that, individually or collectively, may cast significant doubt on the Multi Academy Trust's ability to continue as a going concern for a period of at least twelve months from when the financial statements are authorised for issue.”

• “BGS student numbers have plateaued since 2022/3, at the same time that Dorney's have significantly reduced, with the adverse impact on government funding flowing through in 2024/5 and 2025/6. This reduced in 2024/5 the increase in government funding from what would otherwise have been 7.3% to the actual 5%. Combined with increased total staff costs of 8%, the effect has been to reduce the previous annual cash based operating surplus to £47k in 2024/5 and a £13k deficit after routine capital expenditure.”
