“To support the Company as a going concern, UGI International LLC, intermediate parent company, has confirmed that, if required, it will provide financial support as necessary to enable the Company to meet its liabilities for the period through to 31 August 2026. As set out in note 13, UGI International LLC is the intermediate parent company and is the smallest group in which the results of the Company are consolidated. Having considered the levels of available cash resources within UGI International LLC and that company's forecast financial performance through to 31 August 2026, the directors have a reasonable expectation that the UGI International LLC group has adequate resources and liquidity to provide support to the Company if required throughout the going concern period.”
