“The financial statements have been prepared on a going concern basis, notwithstanding a total shareholders' deficit of $76,545,000 (27 July 2024: $71,319,000) and net current liabilities of $56,694,000 (27 July 2024: $22,210,000). Despite the ongoing reduction in revenue and continued losses, the Company is expected to continue acting as a Holding Company within the Cisco Group. Cisco Systems, Inc., the Company's ultimate parent company, has indicated its willingness to continue to provide financial support to enable the Company to meet its liabilities as they fall due. As at the date of these financial statements, the company can rely upon a letter of financial support from its ultimate parent company Cisco Systems, Inc. On the basis the ultimate parent undertaking continues to provide financial support such that the Company can meet its liabilities as they fall due over the next twelve months from the date of approval of these financial statements, the Company's directors have a reasonable expectation that adequate resources are available to enable the Company to continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future. Thus, they continue to adopt the going concern basis of accounting in preparing the annual financial statements.”
