“The Company's financial statements have been prepared on a going concern basis which assumes an ability to continue operating for the foreseeable future. The significant growth plans instigated has led to a reassessment of the Company's business plan as well as an assessment of imminent or likely future funding requirements. No significant concerns have been noted, and we consider it appropriate to continue to prepare the financial statements on a going concern basis.”
