“The Company's financial statements have been prepared on a going concern basis which assumes an ability to continue operating for the foreseeable future. The significant growth plans instigated has led to a reassessment of the Company's business plan as well as an assessment of imminent or likely future funding requirements. No significant concerns have been noted, and we consider it appropriate to continue to prepare the financial statements on a going concern basis.”

• “The long-term business plan for CHL includes assumptions for the previously noted 9 "LAHF2" units in Oldham and an additional 37 units in the Hounslow area on a 250-year lease at an additional gross cost of £11.8m after further grant receipt of £8.1m. Acquisition of the Oldham units has taken place post year end and work has commenced on the first three phases of 14 units at the Hounslow project in 2024.”
• “In line with plans, the leased property side of CHL's operations was reduced during the financial year ending 31 March 2025. The number of units leased fell from 57 to 7 by the year end. It is expected they will be phased out entirely during the next financial year. This will leave CHL with rental streams wholly based on owned units.”
