“The financial statements have been prepared on a going concern basis. This is because the directors are satisfied that the Company has sufficient resources in order to meet its financial obligations as they arise. In addition, the Company's contractual arrangements with fellow subsidiaries of its ultimate parent company, Sturrock and Robson Limited allow for all the Company's costs to be recovered through management charges.”
