Material uncertainty over going concern
Following the transfer of the Tesco PLC Pension Scheme's investment mandate from the Company to an Outsourced Chief Investment Office (OCIO) organisation as at 28 June 2024, the Company de-registered with the FCA for performing regulated activities from 13th September 2024. The Company has now ceased to trade and is expected to be kept dormant for a period of 3 years before undergoing a wind-up process and strike-off with Companies House. As such, these financial statements have therefore been prepared on a basis other than that of a going concern as disclosed in note 1 to the financial statements.

Each % is (latest − prior) ÷ |prior| for the line item as filed. The comparison is only shown when the latest and prior accounts cover broadly equal-length periods — short or long stubs (typical around incorporation or a year-end change) are suppressed rather than misrepresented. Lines a company doesn't report are omitted. About these numbers
