“The directors consider that the going concern assumption upon which these financial statements have been prepared continues to be appropriate, due to the continuing support from its parent company, Ducab Cable Company (Private) Limited "Ducab". Ducab has committed in writing that it will continue to provide support to AEI Cables as necessary to enable AEI to continue as a going concern for a period of not less than 12 months from the date of approval of these financial statements. They have also confirmed that they will not demand repayment of any balances owed to them during this time period.”
