“After conducting appropriate enquiries, the Board of Trustees has a reasonable expectation that the Trust has sufficient resources to continue its operations for the foreseeable future. However, careful management of budgets and reserves is essential due to uncertainties related to external factors, including but not limited to, unfunded salary increases, fluctuations in gas and electricity prices, and future government funding. The Trustees acknowledge that the reduction in cash reserves is a concern. Nevertheless, this is being actively managed through rigorous cashflow monitoring and strategic financial planning. The trustees have also announced to staff that a reorganisation across the Trust will be required to ensure the financial stainability of the Trust. The Trustees are currently reviewing the structures of all schools, with any actions required being implemented for the start of the new academic year in September 2026. Despite these uncertainties, the Trustees are satisfied that the Trust's forecasts indicate it will remain a going concern for the foreseeable future.”

Significant events
- “On 1 January 2024, Pear Tree Mead Academy joined the Trust after operating independently since 2013.”
- “On 1 February 2025, Stewards Academy officially joined the Trust.”
- “The Trust ended the financial year with an overall funds of £51,080,492, up from £41,871,646. This is mainly due the Transfer of Stewards Academy, where funds transferred into the Trust were £8,316,119.”
- “Subsequent to the year end, the Trust has initiated a restructuring process aimed at reducing operational costs and improving long-term financial sustainability. As part of this process, a number of staff redundancies are being considered across various departments. While the final number of affected roles and the total cost of the restructuring have not yet been confirmed, the Trust expects the associated costs will be material. These costs will primarily relate to redundancy payments and associated employer obligations.”

Each % is (latest − prior) ÷ |prior| for the line item as filed. The comparison is only shown when the latest and prior accounts cover broadly equal-length periods — short or long stubs (typical around incorporation or a year-end change) are suppressed rather than misrepresented. Lines a company doesn't report are omitted. About these numbers
