On 1 September 2024, the academy trust transferred its assets and operations to Eastern Education Group Trust. The intention is to dissolve the SENDAT charitable company in the foreseeable future. As such, the Trustees have concluded that the academy trust is not a going concern and the financial statements have therefore been prepared on a basis other than going concern.
