“After making appropriate enquiries, the Trust Board has a reasonable expectation that the academy trust has adequate resources to continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future. For this reason, it continues to adopt the going concern basis in preparing the financial statements.”

• “This year, Trustees have continued to actively investigate Academy growth having been awarded sponsorship for a Multi-Academy Trust (MAT). The Trustees and SLT are working with the local authority around provision to support more complex needs pupils where Suffolk do not have appropriate provision for these pupils. The local authority have commissioned a further 24 places, 12 took affect from September 2024 and 12 to take effect from September 2025 bringing us to 192 from September 2025. We currently have 203 pupils on roll.”
