“After making appropriate enquiries, the Board of Trustees has a reasonable expectation that the Academy Trust has adequate resources to continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future. Total free reserves at the year end remain in a healthy position of £1,781,205. For this reason it continues to adopt the going concern basis in preparing the financial statements.”
