“The Directors consider it appropriate to prepare the financial statements on a going concern basis. Reside Limited is wholly owned and controlled by the London Borough of Barking and Dagenham ("LBBD"). The Company operates within the wider Reside group structure and provides modern, affordable housing across the Borough. Having considered these factors, the Directors are satisfied that the Company will continue to operate with the support of LBBD and therefore consider it appropriate to prepare the financial statements on a going concern basis.”
