- Affirmed
“In auditing the financial statements, we have concluded that the trustees use of the going concern basis of accounting in the preparation of the financial statements is appropriate. Based on the work we have performed, we have not identified any material uncertainties relating to events or conditions that, individually or collectively, may cast significant doubt on the charity's ability to continue as a going concern for a period of at least twelve months from when the original financial statements were authorised for issue.”
Significant events
- “During FY 2024, the organisation experienced an overspend relative to income, resulting in a deficit of £334,643. This was primarily driven by significant strategic investments made to support future growth, in alignment with our long-term organisational objectives. However, due to a range of factors, the projected income necessary to support this level of expenditure did not materialise. Consequently, we closed the financial year with reserve levels of £283,660 which was below our target reserve levels of £473,777. This target figure represents three months operating costs and would enable the organisation to wind down programmes and cover redundancy costs if necessary.”
- “This restructuring process resulted in the redundancy of 11 roles (35%), some of which were vacant, these were predominantly across fundraising, communications, and operational functions.”

Each % is (latest − prior) ÷ |prior| for the line item as filed. The comparison is only shown when the latest and prior accounts cover broadly equal-length periods — short or long stubs (typical around incorporation or a year-end change) are suppressed rather than misrepresented. Lines a company doesn't report are omitted. About these numbers
