“At the time of planning budgets from the 2025/26 budget to 2027/28 the Governing Body has a reasonable expectation that the Academy Trust has adequate resources to continue its operational existence for the foreseeable future. They have reviewed and authorised the 3-year forecast as required by the Department for Education. For this reason, the board of governors continues to adopt the going concern basis in preparing the accounts.”
