“The Trustees have a reasonable expectation that the Academy Trust has adequate resources to continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future. The Academy Trust had £2.7m liquid assets and reserves of £2.0m at the end of 2024/25 (2023/24: £1.8m) and these are forecast to remain positive over the three years to 31 August 2028.”
