“The Company is in a net current liability position of £2.81 million at 30 December 2024 (2023: £3.745 million). The Company has received from its parent, Doyle Hotels (Holdings) Limited, a letter of financial support for 12 months from the date of approval of these financial statements to enable the Company to trade at its projected level of operations and to meet its liabilities as they fall due. Based on their assessment of the Group's and Company's business plans, together with the financial resources and headroom available to the Group, the directors have a reasonable expectation that the Group and Company have sufficient resources to continue in operational existence for a period not less than 12 months from the date of approval of these financial statements, and therefore concluded it is appropriate to adopt the going concern basis in preparing the financial statements.”
