  Material uncertainty over going concern

  The Trustees have confirmed their intention to close the Trust and all schools are expected to transfer out within the next 12 months before the Trust is wound up. As required by UK accounting standards, the Trustees have prepared the financial statements on the basis that the Trust is no longer a going concern. All assets and liabilities will be transferred at their carrying amounts. Pathfinder Schools will cease to exist as a charitable company.
