“After making appropriate enquiries, including drawing up income and expenditure budgets for the three years to 31 August 2027 and cashflow forecasts for the year ended 31 August 2025, and reviewing expected pupil numbers, the Board of Trustees has a reasonable expectation that the Academy Trust has adequate resources to continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future. For this reason, it continues to adopt the going concern basis in preparing the financial statements.”

- “The 2023-24 academic year was successful for the Pyramid Schools Trust. In May 2023 Arnold Academy was the first of the schools to be inspected since its formation. By the end of 2023-24 five more of our schools had been inspected by OFSTED and all schools retained their 'Good' status. In September 2024 Ramsey Manor Lower School was inspected and was judged to be Good or Outstanding in all aspects.”
