  We draw attention to note 1.2 in the financial statements, which indicates that the the academy's aggregate restricted and unrestricted reserves excluding fixed assets and pension liabilities are in deficit position at the year ended 31 August 2025. As stated in note 1.2, these events or conditions, along with the other matters as set forth in note 1.2, indicate that a material uncertainty exists that may cast significant doubt on the Academy Trust's ability to continue as a going concern.

• “A Level Results 2025: We are also delighted with the A Level results from last week. 12% of all A Level entries were awarded an A*. 37% of entries were graded A* to A. 71% of entries received A* to B grades.”
